Ralph Stanley, DDS
Dr. Stanley has provided quality dental care to San Jose area residents since 1982. Originally from Salinas, California, Dr. Stanley has also lived in Missouri, Germany, New York and southern California. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of California at Davis and later obtained his dental degree, with honors, from the University of California at San Francisco. Upon graduation, Dr. Stanley joined Dr. Hempt as an associate, which eventually led to a partnership in 1985.
During his professional career, Dr. Stanley has established his practice as a leading source for quality dental care. He is recognized not only for excellence in quality restorative, cosmetic and preventative care, but for sound business practices that make full use of the newest technologies in dentistry. Numerous hours of continuing education per year further promote his professional development in the fields of endodontics, periodontics, and restorative dentistry as well as incorporate the most recent advances in cosmetic dentistry and implant placement.
Dr. Stanley is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, The California Dental Association and the Santa Clara County Dental Association. He is a certified Invisalign provider and a longtime participant in Biomet's Synergy Implant Training Study Club working with world leaders in implant placement and restoration.
Dr. Stanley and his wife Grettel have two wonderful children: a son, Pierce, and a daughter, Adrianna. During his time away from the office he enjoys traveling, reading, woodworking, tennis, and is an avid golfer.
Magdalena Azzarelli, DDS
Dr. Azzarelli received her dental degree from the Silesian Medical Academy of Poland in 1994.
Upon relocation to California, Dr. Azzarelli successfully completed the California State Dental Licensure examinations. Dr. Azzarelli has been practicing at Hillsdale Dental Care since 1997. She is highly skilled in endodontics, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry as well as all other aspects of general dentistry. She believes in patient education.
Dr. Azzarelli is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. She is also part of Biomet's Synergy Implant Study Club.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Azzarelli enjoys gardening,
gourmet cooking, and traveling with her husband Peter and
their son, Ian.
Rogé Jacob, DDS
Dr. Jacob has been providing quality dental care since 1994. Dr. Jacob grew up in suburban Chicago, did his pre-dental requirements at San Jose State University and received his dental degree from Northwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Jacob is recognized for excellence in quality restorative, cosmetic and preventative care, provided in a relaxing and comfortable manner. Dr. Jacob continually enhances his skills through continuing education and the most recent advances in dentistry. Dr. Jacob is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Santa Clara Dental Association.
Dr. Jacob and his wife have a son and a daughter and a 90
pound Bouvier named Leo.
During his time away form the office he enjoys hiking, biking,
playing drums and maintaining a salt water fish tank. Dr. Jacob
also has established an 82 gallon salt water reef tank with
numerous invertebrates in the office.

Our patient coordinators can remind you of your appointments via Email which many of our patients prefer. For those patients with dental insurance, we will help you to maximize your insurance benefits. Many of our patients do not have dental insurance, so our team can work with you to get the treatment you need with financial arrangements that will suit your budget. |

| Our Clinical Team consist of five highly skilled Dental Assistants. They are Board Certified and have all received training in the latest dental technology and OSHA regulations for your comfort and safety. They each complete several hours of continuing education each year. Everyone on our Clinical Team is prepared to answer your questions regarding your dental health. |
Our Hygiene Team
Our Hygiene Team is dedicated to the prevention of oral diseases and the education of her patients in comprehensive oral care. As experienced practitioners, their goal with every patient is to deliver quality, caring, professional care that will benefit him or her for a lifetime. All of our hygienist have been trained and certified in Laser Assisted Periodontal Therapy, a non-surgical approach to periodontal disease.
